Off-Road AssassinIt has started! The aftermarket has dove headfirst into the all-new Ford Bronco, but it has now trickled to Saleen Automotive. Saleen announced their version of the Bronco and we can say that this is our favorite by far.
With the popularity of off-roading, it makes perfect sense to further our off-road lineup with the Saleen Bronco.

The Southern California vehicle manufacturer founded by racing driver and vehicle builder, Steve Saleen, revealed the Saleen Bronco. As the creator of the Saleen S7 – one of the most successful racing cars ever built – Saleen is mainly associated with success on asphalt surfaces, but with the new Bronco, the company is taking to the dirt with a vengeance.
With racing in his blood, Steve Saleen is never far from a checkered flag, and the Saleen Bronco is no exception. The new vehicle pays homage to Big Oly, the infamous machine piloted by Parnelli Jones. Big Oly took on the Mexican 1000 (now known as the Baja 1000) – one of the most grueling endurance races in the world – and achieved the monumental accomplishment of winning the race twice in 1971 and 1972.
This homage vehicle not only wears a livery reminiscent of the original, but will also host numerous performance features you’ve come to expect from Saleen. Some of those features are:
- Saleen front bumper with Integrated LED Light Array and forged carbon skid plate
- Saleen Grille surround in forged carbon with Baja Blue accent color
- Saleen Design composite front fenders with integrated forged carbon fender vent
- Saleen Power Hood
- Dual A-Pillar mount LED driving light
- Roof Mount Pro 8 light bar
- Saleen rocker panel guards
- Body Color removable roof with Saleen Design modular roof rack
- Saleen Design composite rear fenders and quarter panel

- ‘Big Oly’ inspired winning livery with Olympia insignia and Baja Blue accent.
The Saleen Bronco is not only resplendent in a livery reminiscent of the original but also boasts numerous performance features fans have come to expect from Saleen. Saleen will reveal more details soon and we can expect a very capable, high-performance, off-road machine.
